How much do I knit?

I don't consider myself a fast knitter. I'm certainly not a speed knitter. I am, however, a consistent knitter. I guess that's how I seem to get more projects done than some. At least that's what they say. I'm always being told, "You just whip things out so fast!" Well, no I really don't. I just stick with the projects. Sometimes I knit during the day. Most of my knitting time gets worked in at night. Rarely do I sit and watch TV without my knitting. So after I quit at night, usually around 7:00-8:00pm, I knit until I go to bed. I thought I'd keep track of it this week to see how many hours a week I spend knitting. So here goes:

Monday - 9:30-11:30am (knitting group at church) 2 hrs.
              9:00 - 10:00 pm
Tuesday - nada, nothing, zilch
Wednesday - 3:00 - 4:00pm (started my Cream of Spinach Scarf)
                   8:00 - 10:30pm
Thursday - 8:00 - 10:00pm
Friday - 10:00 - 11:00am (S&B)
            7:30 - 10:30pm
Saturday - 2 hours here and there

Sunday - nothing

Running Total - 14.5 hrs

So there ya go - I average about 2 hours a day knitting. Some days more, some days less.

Now let's see, what did I accomplish in that amount of time? Hmmm, oh yeah I finished a black and multi-colored striped scarf (from stash):

I finished Saturday a Cream of Spinach scarf from some white Red Heart Soft in my stash. Love the pattern but will make it again from natural fibers so it will be easier to block. I'm not happy with the "grafting" though so that may be a problem if I decide to make it again. I need to steam this one and see how it lays and how much the join shows while around my neck.

I think the only other project I finished was a set of felted coasters for Cari.

That's it for this week! See ya in a few days!
